Hallo zusammen,
habe das 3Play-Paket von UM, einen CISCO EPC3212 Kabelmodem und einen Netgear WGR614v7 Router angeschlossen.
Bei mir treten leider andauernd folgende Symptome auf:
Habe auch schonmal eine Störung gemeldet. Allerdings wurde ich lediglich irgendwann dann mal zurückgerufen, und es wurde gesagt, dass keine Störung gefunden wurde.
Anbei habe ich mal alles was an Modemdaten da war dazugepackt. Vielleicht habt ihr ja einen Rat.

ständiger Ausfall von Telefon und Internet (während des Surfens oder auch telefonierens) --> Modem scheint komplett abzustürzen
kaum Speed (bis ein Video mal komplett gepuffert ist (mag es auch so klein sein) dauert es idR ewig)
