Unitymedia speed upgrade from 2 Mbits to 16

Hi,

I am 1play account customer for the last 2,5 years. When I ordered the Internet in unitymedia standard speed was 2 Mbits. Now I see default speed for 1Play is 16 Mbit. How can I upgrade my account from 2 to 16 Mbits?

I am not sure if the Unitymedia Hotline is able to speak English.
But I think, it is the only way to book the new product. Maybe ask someone who is able to speak German to book the line for you :winken:
