Hallo!
I know it is most likely against the Forum Rules posting in English, however I am from Australia and my German Language skills are not very good. I have been a member of Unity Media for approximately 9 months without any problems. Recently (the last 2 weeks), I have been experiencing drop-outs with my Internet Connection (even with my computer directly connected via Ethernet to the Kabelmodem) and similar drop-outs with the Phone Line. I have the 3-Plus package with a Download Speed of 32Mbits.
I have checked the EPC3212 DOCSIS Log and I can see the Model rebooting. My wife, who is German, has contacted Unity Media and as expected they testing the anschluss and found no issue. I have provided them with the DOCSIS log, but I can't image we will get very far with their first level support.
