Hallo Leude.... habe folgendes Problem mit dem Modem welches auf einmal auftrat!

Seit 3 Monaten lief alles wunderbar aufeinmal konnte ich nicht mehr ins Internet bzw. es wurde keine Seite angezeigt.
Mein Problem ist, dass das weder der Router noch mein Laptop eine IP vom Modem zugewiesen bekommen. habe natürlich jedesmal wenn wenn ich die Geräte gewechselt habe das Modem ausgeschaltet und dann neu gestartet aber die LINK LED leuchtet nicht auf. Jedoch kann ich über den USB Anschluss online gehen was ich ja auch gerade mache. Die Hotline meinte auch dass es an mir liege bzw. an den PC-Einstellungen aber warum sollte es auf einmal nicht gehen ohne, dass ich was gemacht habe.

Was noch seltsam ist, dass weder der Laptop noch der Router auf das einstecken des Netzwerkskabels reagieren, das heißt wenn ich das Netzwerkkabel in den Laptop stecke sollte normalerweise ein verbindunsversuch stattfinden bzw. der Laptop sollte versuchen eine IP zu bekommen was ja hier auch nicht auftritt.

Hatte im Modem mal DHCP aus geschaltet und dann mal wieder eingeschaltet (jeweils mit reboot) aber es ändert nichts an dem Problem.

also mein Problem ist das ich keine IP zugewisen bekommen am PC kann es nicht liegen , denn wenn ich den PC an den Router anschließe bekomme ich eine IP

Das klingt sehr nach einem physischen Problem. Hast du mal versucht das Netzwerkkabel zum Modem auszutauschen? Ansonsten solltest du, meiner Meinung nach, bei der Hotline anrufen und darauf bestehen, dass man dein Modem austauscht, weil der Ethernetanschluss kaputt ist. Erzähl denen auch ruhig, dass du mehrere Geräte versucht hast und verschiedene Kabel, aber bei keinem die LINK LED am Modem angegangen ist und sich da nichts geregt hat. Von deinen Zugriffen auf's Modem per Weboberfläche sagst du lieber nichts, das mag UM irgendwie nicht so

ja sicher habe ich das Kabel getauscht.... bzw. wenn das Kabel am Router geht... warum sollte es dann beim Modem nicht gehen ??? (Verbindung PC-Router OK / Verbindung PC-Modem nichtOK [mit Netzwerkkabel])

aber dass das Modem bzw. der Ethernetanschluss einfach so schlapp macht ??? bzw. an welche Nummer wende ich mich denn da ???

wenn ich die Nummer 01805 / 663 100 wähle... loggt sich der Typ ein schaut, dass das Modem online ist und sagt es liegt am PC bzw. Router also der Fehler sei auf meiner Seite !!! dann gibt er mir noch eine 0900.... nummer ich sollte mich doch dort melden ... das Prob ist, dass ich immer aus dem Mobilfunk herraus anrufe... da kann man schnell arm werden. Dass ich anrufen muss.... ist Ok aber ich möchte nicht hin her telefonieren also was sage ich dann dem Mann am anderen Ende damit er mich vorher nicht 30 mal weiterleitet !?!
