Unitymedia Heute Modem bekommen...

Hi zusammen,

habe heute mein Modem bekommen und bin nicht so froh. :-/ Der Download ist max 1.5 MB/s <> 12000kbit/s, obwohl der SPEED.IO Test was anderes ergeben hat, und der Upload ist MAXIMAL bei 30KBYTE. Habe schon im Forum gesucht, jedoch nix gefunden, gibt es irgendwelche Fehlerquellen die den niedrigen UPLOAD verursachen könnten?!

TCP Optimizir ETC. alles versucht.
Modem mehrmals vom Strom genommen max 15minuten.
Habe 2play 20000

Nein, ich hänge direkt am Modem. Habe vergoldete F-Stecker gekauft und bekomme jetzt folgende Modemwerte:

Ich habe quasi GARKEIN upload jetzt sind es 4KBYTE.

Die Modemwerte sind auch nicht so wirklich bombig.

Die Werte ändern sich ständig. Waren bei 45/2-3 DB jetzt so. Wenn ich Modem vom Strom nehme wieder bisschen anders. Was wären denn gute Werte? Danke. Kann man am UPLOAD nix machen?

Es gab heute einige Störungen hier im Aachener berreich... vielleicht in MG auch? kannst ja mal beim KSC anrufen und nachfragen.
Die Modem werte sind wirklich nicht so dolle aber denke nicht das das der Grund ist für den katastrophen Upload..

Habe noch einen Test @ speed.io gemacht und folgendes rausgekommen, leider war das ein ZUFALL.
MIt den Geschwindigkeiten wäre ich total zufrieden! Jedoch wenn ich einen Upload anmache, geht er nicht über 10KBYtE.

Hab heute bei der Hotline (über 1177) angerufen und mit einer sehr netten Dame gesprochen-(Hatte noch nie Probleme mit der Hotline) Diese hat mir gesagt dass ich mich wie ein Roboter anhöre und das ganze an den Techniker weitergegeben und ich werde zurückgerufen. Mal sehen was passiert, ich poste das Ergebnis, danke.


Meine Werte (Jetzt stabil):

UpstreamLEVEL: 45,5 DB
Downstreamlvl: 5,2 - 7,1 DB

Am Computer liegt es nicht.
TCP Optimizer ETC, Modem Reset - vom Strom genommen - vieles probiert.

Kann man dem SBV5121E eine neue Software draufspielen? Oder wird immer die aktuellste vom Server geladen? Kann man sonst was auf das Modem draufspielen?

Da hat wieder mal Jemand während der "Einwahl"( )-Phase Pegel ausgelesen, was also nichts bringt...
Schließe ich hieraus:

Wenn ich Modem vom Strom nehme wieder bisschen anders.

Die Werte sind so schon OK, und mit dem Problem haben sie ziemlich sicher nichts zu tun.

Techniker war gerade da und hat am Verstärker ein Kabel gewechselt, war wohl falsch angeschlossen, jetzt funktioniert alles - hoffentlich für immer
